Tips for Serving at Tailgate Events:
- Prep Ahead: Prepare the dip in advance and refrigerate it. On game day, simply bake it at the venue until warm.
- Serve in a Slow Cooker: To keep the dip warm throughout the event, transfer it to a slow cooker set on warm settings.
- Add Variety: Offer assorted dippers such as sliced baguettes, tortilla chips, or fresh vegetables (carrots, celery, bell peppers) to complement the pita chips.
- Garnish: Top the dip with extra mozzarella cheese and a sprinkle of fresh herbs like basil or parsley for a pop of color.
- Quick Clean-Up: Use disposable aluminum baking pans to reduce clean-up time after the event.
